• Promote Industry-Institution collaboration and foster research and development activities.

• Ensure that all staff and students are aware of, and adhere to, the College’s rules, policies, and procedures, enforcing them appropriately.

• Communicate recommendations and reports to the relevant authorities in a timely and professional manner.

• Oversee the administration of the College, monitor performance, and take corrective or remedial actions based on stakeholder feedback.

• Undertake qualitative and quantitative initiatives for the overall welfare and development of the College.
• Listen to students’ suggestions and create a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Ensure fairness and impartiality in disciplinary actions for faculty, non-teaching staff, and students alike.
