Employees must avoid situations that may create personal, financial, or other conflicts of interest that could interfere with their professional responsibilities or decision-making.
5. Team Spirit and Cooperation
Employees should maintain a spirit of cooperation, friendliness, and mutual respect. They must not engage in actions that disrupt the workplace or hinder the performance of their colleagues.
6. Communication
Employees should maintain open and transparent communication with their supervisors, colleagues, and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
7. Use of Benefits
